The Omori 45mm gauges are the only ones that will fit in the stock pod. It's a tight fit but they do go in.
The US distributor for Omori is J-Spec Tuning, www.j-spectuning.com

if you are thinking about getting a new boost gauge I would say just for the standard 52mm and get a gauge pod for it.

I did the same thing and mounted mine in replace of the stock boost gauge, but after having it there in front of the tach for awhile I've decided I want to move it and replace the clock with a tripod setup.

fastwrx.com sells the gauge "cups" as well as various other mounting ideas.
