STI Sideskirts on a 2004 WRX

Maybe you missed a screw somewhere? If not, try greasing the frozen screw with WD40 if possible.

Unless they changed the connectors used for the 04, you remove the center section of each plug, then pull the whole plug out - trying to remove the whole plug without pulling the center section will not work - the middle part expands the outer part to hold the sideskirt in place (so when installed, it's bigger than the hole you are pulling it out from). Also - there is a plastic screw thingy on the leading edge of the sideskirts as well.
