Dimming lights

whats the best way to fix the dimming lights problem? i heard capacitors dont really help at all and upgrading the battery is better. is that the best solution?

What are you referring to? What is making your lights dim? headlights, dash lights? is it caused by the stereo, or cars electrical system?
