Can you adjust miles on odometer?
 

I want to buy an sti cluster off a guy who wrecked his car and i want to adjust the miles on the odometer to match the miles on my car (his car had 84k mine has 120k). Is this possible? And if so how?

There is a company that will do it, but they require both clusters on-site.
