Apexi gauges in ati triple gauge pod

Hi, guyz I have a question hope someone could help me out. I like the 60mm defi v2 imperial gauges, but i was wondering if anyone has used apexi 60mm el gauges in a center gauge pod. Also is it better to have an electric or mechanical boost gauge? I know the price of the defi and apexi are about the same but what do you guys recommend? Thanks.

Many people have installed 60mm gauges in the center pod. If you do a quick search you should be able to find quite a few pictures. The difference between mechanical and electrical is that with electrical you don't have any fluids running into your cabin from the engine bay, there are senders installed in the engine bay itself and a signal is sent to the gauges. Most people have electrical because of this. I believe electrical has a bit quicker response but I may be wrong there. As for comparing defi to apexi, I can't really help you on that, I personally have Omori gauges, which I like. It seems that more people have defi gauges than apexi though. Hopefully, someone else can help you with that subject.

i'll go that, i will try to make a install with pics and that.so that why anyonelse that wantes to attempt it will have something detailed to go by. also anyone that is interested in the ati pod i got it from apeusa.com (130shipped), it is just like the defi pod. just waiting for parts to come in.
