OK ill bite

5 point is better

you have the anti submarining belt so you dont end up in the foot well

but teh stock seats wont let you have it unless you poke some holes in it

i know the 5 point wont work... but what about the 4 point? i mean thearetically it would work right? with the seat belts going from the roll bar through the headrest and the seat and then over your shoulders... right?

Submarining risk re: 4 point harnesses is significantly reduced with a Schroth harness. They have an Anti-submarine extension piece that extends upon impact, allowing the right shoulder to twist (like an OEM belt), preventing the hips from sliding under the lap portion. I had one of the Quick Fits in my 05 WRX wagon and it was amazing.

If you want a bolt-in for less $$, just get the standard Rallye 4 ($155).

call memoryfab in hayward, great seats for cheap. get a g-force 5 pt with whatever release you want, and a harness bar for now. cheap/CORRECT setup. imo.
