Hey, I just purchased a 2003 2.5XS Forester with 93K on it. It has had the head gasket and timing belt replaced, but the water pump needs to replaced soon. Where can I find a new water pump cheap? And how do I go about replacing it?

How to replace it?
Remove radiator, crank pulley, timing belt covers, timing belt, then pump, 6 bolts on water pump, water hose on wp...voila! that's it
You have to mess with your timing so be VERY CAREFUL when you line up all the timing marks.
