04 STi Steering wheel to 05 Steering Wheel??

Quick question.. does the 05 Steering wheel bolt over the 04 Steering wheel with no other modifications? I heard for 04 WRX u need to mess with the CC.. but will STi to STi go perfectly? and flushly?
