blacked out tail lights!!!!

Angel eyes in the tail lights? Are you talking about tinting them? Spray on stuff or vinyl? If vinyl are you 3M certified? $100 for each light or for the pair?

My bad. I meant to type headlights, but I put taillights instead. I black out headlights, I bake them and paint the chrome black, I remove the reflectors, I also do angel eyes. I am located in Lathrop, CA. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Here's some pics.
