PLEASE HELP !! Low boost, found a hose barely attached

Ok....pill ordered for a whopping $2.50. I hope this solves the boost issue....I'll letcha know what happens. Thanks again for the replies.

I put in the restrictor pill and can now achieve boost. Hard to tell before because i was trying not to push past 4000rpm, as I have a fresh engine rebuild. To test boost, I have gone WOT in 3rd gear and whatcha know...boosted past 15 psi no problem. As soon as i got there, I let off the pedal, so I assume it works now.
