Oem sub + new head unit
 

Hello. My old 02RS is in need of a new head unit. The car currently has the stock 6cd unit WITHOUT the oem sub under the seat. Just ordered a new single din head unit with the harness adapter and I now have the chance to buy an oem sub. Does anyone know the compatibility/installation of implementing a new harness with the new head unit while also adding the use of the oem sub? Thanks so much

I did this along with moving the sub under the driver seat. I found online the schematics of the sub harness and basically wired it into the deck harness. I think it actually is wired in hot, not on the accessory circuit. I used the rear speaker signal. It's not very powerful but it was a freebie so no complaints
