need help! what the head bolt torque sequence for an 02 ej205?

Whats the torque specs and patrern when installing the cylinder head on my 02 wrx? Also when i put my camshaft back on how do i know im putting it in correctly? My first time taking apart an ej motor and putting it back. Please help, thanks!
