this is full VTA, im running 5050 now, on a leggy without a tune, i dont think it will be good

How well does it hold boost? any leaks?

hold boost fine, people say that if you put a quarter in it, to hold the spring and such, it works even better

Does it come with all the washers?

it comes as it does from the box...there are no washers...
