What would everyone here recommend for storing vehicle?

So I am going on deployment in July so I'll have to store my car. I'm now leaning on spending the extra cash on an indoor storage. Now I'm looking at the steps on how to have it done so that the engine doesn't get ****ed. I plan to get an oil change right before it gets put in.

My main question are really;
I've had people tell me different things about how to store the fuel in the tan. Some have said just fill the tank to full and it will be fine, others said empty it as much as possible and add stabilizer. What is your guys opinion?

Are there any safe additives to add to the oil to keep it from sluddgin up?

Anything else to add to help store it? I know about the little ramps, but havnt been able to find them yet...

I put my car in storage. I just disconnected the battery, fresh oil, coolant, and filled the tank, sealed the car best I could. And I was gone for almost a year was just fine.

I think the best would be to leave it with a friend whom you trust so that they can start it up every couple weeks. Keeps everything pretty fresh.
