hmm..when 5 star was still located where best buy is currently at, I had a hard time trying to get them to warranty an oil leak on my old 03 wrx. I don't know if Braun stayed with Schuman/Ohana which is now Pflueger but he was the man to go to before. I would see if he is still there if not the only other person I would let touch my car is Ryan at Vakamon

huh? was that one sentence? I've heard not so great things about their service. It's gonna take some time and a lot of effort to repair that reputation.

Its amazing what a period can do for understanding what you are saying:

Subaru of hawaii stopped five-star's warranty capabilities.

Pfleuger's service department sucks ***.

Help support five-star.

Those guys really take care of your car and they don't give you the run around for warranty stuff.

Wink Good Service

I have had good service with them. I also purchased my car there last fall. Every warranty work I had to get done, was done fast and easy. Even there oil service is good for me. Also, I hate to see anyone not happy with their service. I don't I wouldn't like it if I paid so much money for a ****ty service. It's like paying for a rude and lazy waitress when your eating out.

I think with our support or not, the store will probably continue to close down. They are in a weird spot and it's not an high end Subaru dealership, all of us knows that is looks like a ghetto service department. Trust me. When I left it there the first time. I taught them how to use the alarm.

I would imagine I regret not ever being able to stop by there while they were still open. I was under the impression that they would reopen...which was not to be.
