exactly. you can change a vin, and a bunch of parts, but you cant remove tattoos, birth mark, and other scars which the true owner knows about.

Its not sold, to many calls or he is lurking here and saw the post. He's a criminal with control and knows when he has to pull out and start chopping it up. He's been made. Ask him the name of the guy he sold it to. If he had legit papers for it, the dmv can confirm it. Trucking anti terro classes I take make me paranoid?
