Hey whats up, My name is Andrew, Im in the Navy and am moving from Groton, to Pearl finaly after three years stuck in this horrible place. Ive got a 05 San Remo red WRX. Nothing done yet, but once the move is done, I plan on doing some suspension work, and possibly start on a crazy dream that is 100% sure to **** off the Wife.

Ive always been a big gear-head. The Subi is my first asian car, so far I love her every bit asmuch as my former money-pits (except maybe the 1971 BMW, or the 1963 VW Bug). Whats the car scean like on Oahu? weekly meetings, or anything cool like that?

Also about a year ago, I had some tool egg my car, Luckly the only damage was the paint around the gas cap. It looks horrible, but it gives me a reason to get the car repainted. Anyone recommend any body/paint shops?


Anyways, Im always down to turn a wrench, been working on cars ever sense I turned 14. Pulled numerous motors, replaced tranny, done Brake jobs and everything inbetween. If there ever is a work party or cruise Im game.

The Wife and I are getting there on the 23rd, then Ive got to head back to Groton till sometime in July.(hopefully my car will be there too!)

Anyways, Hope to meet some of the Subi gang on the island and become a part of the community.

There are weekly meets on O'ahu every Friday night starting about 9pm-ish or so. The location moves around from week-to-week to accommodate i-Clubbers living in different parts of the island.

If you want that paint redone, I recommend Oka's Auto Body. Contact i-Clubber Bran808 and he'll take care of you! Wow, San Remo Red is RARE!

Subaru since 2004 have san remo red (like the O.P.'s car) and Garnet red pearl, like on the legacies. Off the top of my head that's the red's that i know of.
