I'm on duty today an off tomor if someone can take a look at my car an see what's up I can meet at anytime today or tomor.

 

Start with checking for vacuum leaks

 

I did. No leaks that's why I can't figure out what's going on

 

If it did go back to the stock tune you could see the boost levels at 11 to 15 psi. But like they said in the other posts. If you are going with open source find a tuner that can send you an e tune for your car. Tell him what mods you have on your car reflash the ecu and see what happens.
