It was either yesterday or the evening before. I think it was yesterday when I was at one of my client's offices. Believe it or not - I think it was in the SHOPO parking lot by this cracked out lookin' dude. I hope none of the black cop cars (Camaros, Forerunners, Impalas) got zapped otherwise that tapped out dude is gonna have hell to pay!
