The canards are those two black things on the side of the fog light covers. They are made of carbon fiber. They actually came with the widebody kit when I ordered it. I'm wondering if I should leave them off and make my bumper look clean or put them on. Would it make my car look rice or too much like a racecar?

 

dont do it i took mine off and it looks soooo much cleaner!! oh and if your worried about "looking rice" too late bro lol wide body and three spoke rims...... got shoyu?? jk lol

I dont like the APR bumper canards.. I'd would rather go with the ones my brother is sporting.. I thinks its by Subaru Giken or some Japan company..

I have decided to leave the canards off and just put on the carbon fiber lip after getting recon. Canards up for sale, do i have any takers?

 

canards is use for down force in the front not just for looks so if your looking for the clean look leave it off but if your going to make good use out of it put it on, oh and carnards is not rice its rice if its getto made with cardboard and then painted over.

they'll only make downforce if you're going above a certain speed, usually about 80 or so and since anywhere on the island above 80 is illegal, there's no real point to it but looks.

 

personally i say leave them off. they serve no real purpose other than to create down force at high speeds. kinda like the sti wing but hey i'm stuck with it from factory
