Does anyone know how to track a shipment from fedex im really trying here and all i get is this its not here BS. anyone ever deal Fedex before through tire rack i have the tracking no.here if anyone else wouldn't mind trying.-----> 616428673870

also does anyone know a good place to get tires dismounted and mounted + balanced for a good price.

 

Howzit Mario, as for tracking the shipment, track it on their web site. Fedex.com. If your shipment is late, call Customer Service and request a refund. All shipments to Hawaii should have a guarenteed refund. However, they may direct you to have the shipper file for the refund.

As for tires, I always go to Hyper Sports or Eurosports. They'll do it right w/o dinging up your wheels.

If you get some wheels/tires from Tirerack and they're not balanced (mine were but they weren't if you get my drift), you can take them to be balanced. Eurosports is one of the places they authorize. Tirerack will reimburse you. Not sure what you ordered.

well, all i ordered was tires like last sat. i just got the tracking no today from the tire rack guys and they just told me they sent them out today and they would be here by fri. grrr hopefully before the track day. i already know the fedex web site but i can't figure out how to track the tires i'll just call tommorrow unless someone knows how to track em i tried that tracking thing but it says it can't find them more grrrrrrr. and are you saying that Eurosport mounts dismounts and balances tire on my rims??? how much?? thanks for replies guys

 

they probably won't be here until Monday. Two day means three day in Hawaii. And they don't count the weekend. Hopefully they get here on time. Yes, Eurosports will mount/unmount/balance for you. Make an appointment. They can be quite busy.

If they are the correct tracking numbers, that means Tirerack generated a tracking number for Fedex but Fedex hasn't received the packages yet to deliver.

 

but dexter@tirerack told me they would be shipped tonight and i would get them here at my door fri. well i'll see i hope so though i really need them.

 

Don't bet on it. Fedex usually takes about 3-4 days at least to deliver. If they miss this Friday's one then it will be on Monday. Sucks yeah but we don't have much choice besides USPS Express.

Nah don't worry. Its natural for us to get jipped on "Second Day Air" since we live in Hawaii. Depending on your situation, you might wanna call Fedex about 5-6pm on Friday and see if it arrived. If it arrived but not sent out on delivery or they didn't have time to deliver it, go and pick it up after around 7pm. They're located behind the airport at Lagoon Drive. Its a tempting long stretch of empty road there, don't speed now.

 

P.S. If it lands on the island by Friday you can pick it up at their depot on Saturday...
