one of my twenty jobs here is to tow cars off our property that do not have a parking pass, i let him go once before but if I let him go again I might get questioned as to why i haven't had this car towed yet, i don't want to be a biotch and tow a fellow suby but he's gotten a warning sticker before, what should I do?

I don't know the car, but is that in the UH structure?

If the person is clear violation of the parking rules (no parking permit), and has ignored warnings.

kay just went down to the lot to check it myself and he's gone so I don't have to call the tow, but I still want to know who it is so he doesn't keep getting these violations and get his car towed and have to pay $125+ to park here for a day is only $4

as harsh as it sounds, this person just is not respecting authority, i mean, once you learn you get warned once, you should learn your lesson, they just think they can defy everything. i would have opted for a tow. sometimes my parents ask me to watch the parking lot because a lot of people park there and walk across to the other restraunt to eat, even though there is a sign, and there is me watching them walk away(and yes they see me lookin right at them) they still get away, i usually try to stop them, but some of them dash, and at that point, i give them 5 minutes, and then call the tow company.
