i just got a zune player and i need help on putting movies from dvd to my zune. what kind of software(brand) i need(recommend) thanks...

thanks BoOm, i pick-up a dvd to ipod software at the navy exchange $19.99 the only thing about it is about the dvd conversion time average of 2hrs45mins....
