04-05 Black STi with black and chrome lip wheels near Lanikai Beach area

I know there's a spotted thread but I really must find out who drives this car.

I was on vacation and on my last day (last Wednesday) we visited Lanikai Beach and after we left, I saw him going towards it. His/her car is REALLY making me want an 04-05.

Nobody knows who they are? It is by far the cleanest STi I've ever seen. They're the reason why I want one, and I only got a glimpse of it for 5 seconds.
