From what I've been reading and heard is that you should be good with a downpipe, intake and exhaust and stage 2 Cobb ap and that will be fun for awhile. Welcome to the subie fam and enjoy getting all the peace signs thrown at you by other subie members!

Don't buy an intake before buying an accessport. The accessport should be your first modification after tint and HID's.

i would not get that boost control until you talk to whoever will be doing the tuning for your car. and yes get the AP before the intake, or at the same time.

Step 1 Cobb AP
Step 2 AEM intake
Step 3 Catted Downpipe (Perrin, Invidia, Cobb)
Step 4 Pro Tune
Step 5 Profit

Step 4... You can go to a shop and have them make a custom tune for your car. The accessport will have ots (off the shelf) maps that are very generic. Having an actual tune made for your car in your environment will get you more power and it will be smoother.

Agree. Its a very good thing to do when you live in CA where the weather changes quit frequently and if your considering a catless DP.
I kept over boosting until I got the pro-tune, protect ur engine too.

For your protune I would first get injectors and a fuel pump that way you can get the most from your bolt ons

Cobb sells a stage 2 package that if I were you I would look at, map is generic but isn't terrible, but a protune would do a lot more.
If you have the money, get things like injectors and fuel pump then tune, most bang for the buck. If not, you can always just get the Cobb kit and have a much faster car, and save up for what "go fast" mods you want in the future.

Went a different route with my mods. Didn't want to void all my warranty. So I just put on my q300, tanabe df210 springs, kartboy short shifter, mudflaps, and..........18x9.5 gold enkei rpf1 on stretched federals. Made some center caps for my wheels as well. Pics coming as soon as I get to a computer.
