Misfiring on all cylinders? HELP!

Car Info: 98 RS
Misfiring on all cylinders? HELP!
I just got my CEL pulled and its came up with this.
135 O2 sensor heater circuit. Bank 1 sensor 1.
Then also it is misfiring on all 4 cylinders.
The car is a 98 2.5 RS. It does have a proECm aftermarket chip and Greddy EVo II exhuast.
Any ideas on what is causing the problem?
