Need suggestions (OG Green -> HTA Green?)

I have the following power mods installed on MY06 STi:

GST stage I shortblock (stock heads)
PE 850cc injectors
FP Green (8cm hotside)
Perrin stealth FMIC
Perrin blow-thru boost tube
P&P stock header/Injen X-pipe
SMC meth kit (70% meth, 30% water)
Cobb 3" TBE (race, no cat)
Cobb V1 AP w/GST 91 & 91+meth maps
HKS EVC @ 19psi 91, 25psi 91+meth

Note I am not listing supporting mods (cooling, braking, suspension, etc) for the sake of simplicity. I'm looking to get 25-50 more whp with minimal penalty to spool. So far, I have identified a few options:

Upgrade OG green to HTA green (????$)
Upgrade to TiAL EWG, Grimmspeed v-band DP, retune (~$1300)
Upgrade to custom divorced DP (possibly negating need for EWG)
Upgrade to Dom3.0 (not enough power here to make it worthwhile, IMO)

Custom DP would be made by a shop down in Woodland Hills just getting into the 'rex. I may be able to provide my car as a test mule and get a custom 3" TBE at little or no cost if things pan out.

With the money that I've spent on this car, I'd like to get something closer to 375-400 whp (on GST's Mustang). Any thoughts on the above options? Anything I'm blatantly overlooking? Any constructive criticism/input?

Please, let's not turn this into a FP bashing thread. My experience with FP has been overwhelmingly positive and I would like to at least consider the HTA green option.

TIA

hmmm well if you have the funds for the new HTA green you might wanna go that route..... i havent heard much about it but i hear it spools up quicker and puts out a little more power. or you can just scratch your set up now and go rotated.

Mike @ GST claims you actually lose a little down low to gain HP up top with the HTA green. I'm not wanting to sacrifice spool, so that may not be an option.
