HKS CATLESS DownPipe Good buy or not?

I need some opinion about Downpipe, Is a HKS catless downpipe a good buy for my 07 wrx wagon??? now i already have a Cobb 3" catback im looking for a Downpipe to finish it off. im planing to get a AP V2 and install the downpipe and AP at the same time so i can go stage 2. but how do you guys feel about HKS downpipe w/cobb 3" catback..thanks for the input!

Great idea if you don't care about the coppers, baaaad idea if you speed, or get hated on by the popos

Last time I checked you can get your car impounded for not having cats.

I had the hks but the design was not to my liking. i have a invidia and i believe it is bellmouth design and am very happy with it. but if you dont care about quality then go for it. my .02 cents

The bellmouth is the way to go. Be careful of the cast type bellmouth as they can rust.

+1 on the bellmouth i agree..to that..so therefore im going to save a lil more to get a COBB bellmouth DP...thanks for all the input!

not so fast, the bellmouth doesn't exactly help with the internal wastegate design since there is turbulence (read: drag) when the flapper opens and eddies with the exhaust flow. There isn't a big problem with having the flat plate, in my opinion, and it is going to be cheaper. Especially on the dinky tdo4.

You want better flow? Get a new inlet. That is a huge bottleneck.
