Exhaust problem.
Exhaust problem.
Hi guys, just bought my catback invidia n1.
Everything goes good installing, cept for the catalac converter to the first pipe... It doesnt fit, it goes on.. but not all the way, so i say screw it, tighten it, as long as its no leak it'll be fine. No leak.
Putting up the invidia muffler. success, perfect fit of course cause its conencting to the invidia pipe.
Now im riding around, sounds great, making sure everyhting is ok. Smell burnt rubber. and also, when i got out of the car to look at the exhaust, had some smoke coming out that smelled like burnt something.
Is that how its spose to smell on a newly installed exhaust?

It's the lubricant they use when the catback tubing is bent and cut. It burns off after you drive around for a few days. Just drive normally, don't let the car idle in the driveway.
