Exhaust choices (COBB SS catback or the Borla XR-1 catback?)
Whats up guys!
I have been tossing and turning day and night trying to decide what exhaust to get and I just am driving myself CRAZY over this... So I have an 07 STi and my 2 choices were the COBB SS catback or the Borla XR-1 catback. Could you guys please give me your inputs? It would help so much! If you guys have any pictures from the rear that would HELP ME SO MUCH! A picture of the exhaust from the rear and an picture of the exhaust from a side angle of the bumper to see how much it sticks out. Thank YOU!!! PLEASE HELP ME |

i have not heard the cobb, but i really like the deep low tone, and borla has a nice tone to theirs that will make people know that you are comin up, and know that you are driving a badass subi

I've had them both.. I personally liked the Borla Xr-1 the best.

i hear the borla xr-1 is pretty loud and causes a little more attention to the car as well, and i heard it on my friend 04 sti when he was running catless and WOW it sounded nice but too loud =(. I decided to order my COBB 3' SS catback, hope it wasnt the wrong choice.

I like the Tanabe Concept G Turbo Back exhaust system. Tanabe makes some of the best products out there.

the cobb is definitey going to be quieter and sounds great. The borla xr-1 is not the "hush" and it is quite loud
