Just curious any particular reason you want a 24? Vf22 is MUCH easier to find

a VF22 is also going to be very expensive. Cheapest price I found was $799 and it's a no-name brand/replica. You can get a genuine STi VF39 for $200-$400, depending on mileage and whether or not it's been ported.
