Coolant Problem? Need help please...

I've had problems with over heating lately. I burped the system, fixed. Seemed fine for a while. Now the coolant seems to be bubbling over a bit in the fill tank closest to the intercooler. The car isn't over heating but the coolant still seems to be bubbling over.

Any ideas?
Maybe just too much coolant in the system?

A friend of mine mentioned that it may be some sort of O-ring or a hose clamp but I always run my problems through these forums first. It's never steered me wrong before.
