can a spool a 20G with a 4EAT???

I was wondering if i can spool a Forced Performance 20G turbo with a 4EAT with a high stall T/C

i have all the appropriate mods:

TBE
Uppipe
utec
FMIC
etc....

I really need help on this, i know it'll be hard to spool stop light to stoplight but how about on regular roads?
