awd power distribution
 
what is the power distribution between the fromnt and rear awd, like is the front 60% and rear 40% power just for exmaple. thank for your guys input.

both are variable depending on which wheels are slipping...

It's 50/50 with a viscous coupled diff in the middle on the manual transmission WRX's and on the autos I think it is electronically controlled...

to be accurate, it varies with the condition of lockup exhibited by the center VC unit in the center differential (in the MT).

without that VC you get a 50:50 TORQUE split. power is the product of a force * a distance, so then it becomes more complicated.

To be REALLY accurate Work = Force * Distance and Power = Work/time :D
