UTEC from TurboXS
 

I just installed the new UTEC but Im having a problem with the mapping and dailing in the the correct % for my fuel and air. Im running a turbo back system with AEM cold air. When i call turbo XS they can't give me any info sense they haven't tested the AEM with any of there stages.

I would suggest removing the aem and starting with a base map for the turboback
verify that everything runs well, or apply changes as needed

then reinstall the aem and see what direction your car seems to go in,
adjust your fuel accordingly

I have an AEM cold air too. What intake does Turboxs perfer?

From what I can tell they prefer the stock intake. None of their stages use a CAI - little bang for the buck.

I have a aem cai but im using a s-afc. All I have to say is I have to add close to 30% to 1000rpm, 1500rpm just to get it so it wont lean out on idle. The rest is just about -4% to -2% from 3000rpm to 7000rpm.

Sell the cai.

Most of the faster WRX's use a close to stock setup.
