Is there anybody out there that reflashes the unichip?
Probably Vishnu Performance and Turbo XS, among others in the U.S. You can also visit Dastek's web site - they are the manufacturers of the Unichip. They have over 130 dealers in the U.S. They give only one contact e-mail address to ask for information, though. Turbo XS is no longer re-flashing unichips.

I checked with Vishnu and they do not support the Unichip either. There is a guy on clubwrx that still does it. I am still waiting for his reply. Othere then that I have hit a brick wall. Boy this is discouraging.:(

unichip
Unichip works great, it's advantage is real time tuning. While your on the dyno or the road you can make instant adjustments to your map. reflashing ANYTHING without monitoring the results with a wideband 02 sensor and some sort of knock correction detection is NOT smart. However unichip is expensive compared to reflashes that are on the market today.....thus no one who tunes for profit uses it anymore.

Turborider, Talk to my friend Sean at Rallitek.com, tell hiim Joel sent you and you needed some Unichip work. He works real close with the guys at GP Moto (who bought the licensing rights to unichip) He's been doing only subaru's for a long time and will treat you right.
Cheers, Joel |
