lean burn on std MY02WRX an TurboXS manual boost controller??

Hello

Got an "std MY02 WRX Turbo, and I have a TurboXS HPBC(High performance boost controller). This is a manual boost controller, and im running running 0,95bar boost pressure. Only wih the TurboXS set in standard boost at 0,8bar, the turbo pick up is at 1250rpm(std exhaust and air filter). This is very early , the std boost came at ca 2500rpm before modding with the TurboXS HPBC. The driveability is now very good and fuel consumption has been reduced at normal driving.

But does my engine management give my car too lean mixture now??

I belive that the standard engine management would compensate with more fuel when the mixture is too low/lambda exhaust sensor sees too lean mixture?? Or do I have to remap the ECU to give more fuel??

I belive the engine can compensate with more fuel running only low boost pressures(fuel cut is at 1,0bar on my model (2,0T EU Version, stock 218bhp std) .

Appreciate any comments on the car ability to compensate lean burn. Dont want my pistons to melt... less fuel, more heat...ooooppps
