Im getting ready to buy the control unit and the amber BF boost gauge. What I am want to know is how come nobody gets the Defi Link Display ?? It shows all of the other "critical" (hehe) engine stats but everyone seems to opt for the traditional gauges... Am i missing something ?

 

the link is the HUD type display that is seen on the windshield, isnt it? I imagine that'd be hard to see with the glare our dashboards already throw up onto there

ah, that one, probably because it only shows 2 readings at once, its easier to have multiple guages

 

yea.. i think i can deal w/ that for the digital effect... plus i think you can set alarms for the other stuff so it's still monitoring... plus it's cheaper than buying all of those seperately... and may look better installed... I think i know what im gonna do..

 

well as long as it works for you. It probably is cheaper and cleaner than a bunch of guages. dont forget youre going to need all the sensors if it doesnt come with them.

Damn I almost paid the same for all my 4 gauges installed too...Defi Oil temp/Oil Press./EGT/Fuel PRess... Hope you love it cause I do
