Car Info: 2004 Subaru STI/WRX Silver of course

I installed a PDE DP last week and so far twice today under load I get this code it has something to do with the wastegate. I got the DP from a freind and he had only got the cat CEL a couple times we pulled the code with his Acess-Port and thats what I got it is a steady light with the cruise light flashing so at least it's not in limp mode..Does anybody have any ideas on a fix or has anybody experienced and no comments like take it off and put the stock one back on I am looking for real help or advice..
