Stuck in gear / Need a Transmission Specialist shop in Bay Area

Well. Looks like my 1999 GF wagon with 197K miles has finally let me down.

She seems to be stuck in gear. I can start the car fine by pushing my clutch down, but as soon as I let it up the engine dies as if it was in gear. The car will move forward if I try and gas it enough and slip the clutch even with the shifter in neutral.

My hope is the shift linkage is broken on the OUTSIDE of the transmission as that is potentially just a stupid bolt that worked it's way loose.

Does anyone know a Good Subie Transmission shop in the bay area? Better idea to repair my transmission or straight up replace it?

My car is not tuned in any way. All I have done to it are kartboy shift bushings and a stock RS shifter.
