WRX comes with viscous center and rear difs. The front is open on it (which sucks). New STi comes with LSD front center and rear. I believe that front one is torsen type.

No.

The US WRX comes with Viscous Open front and center and rear Viscous LSD.

The New STi comes with front and rear LSD and center DCCD.

No LSD in the center.
