They say it's so much stronger than the stock tranny and it does look the stuff, but I don't know how legit their claims are. Anyone know?

They're cheap enough, but I also wonder how much an average shop charge to install it. Do any of you recommend this? I don't think I'll ever go beyond 280 horsepower at the flywheel but still... I like to be confident about my transmission.
