05 fxt transmission whine

Anyone heard this before, Ive recently changed the fluid in the diff and trans. The whining was there before and it didnt go away. Happens on acceleration and deceleration. Pitch increases as speed goes higher. Also happens when out of get and in neutral. Everything else is smooth, no binding on slow turns just the really loud noise.
