Incase you dont know, Infineon, formally known as Sears Point, is going on its 21st year of Wednesday night drags.

It is a great time to come out and see what you can do on the strip, LEGALLY.

Its open to anyone, I have seen minivans, electric motorcycles, 7 second mustangs, you think of it its been at the track.

They are starting up again March 4th, and I will be there for sure. It will give me something to do in between NASA weekends.

Its cheap, only $25, and with that if you get there when gates open you get 3-4 warm up runs, and then eliminations start. That can give you a total of 5+ races.

Anyway. I hope to see a lot of you out there. I plan on being out there as much as possible this year.

Im in and I usually roll with a few people, but Ionly go evry few weeks or about once a month.

We should post up on tuesdays and set a meet spot before hwy 12 like at arbys so we can get a count and meet. I can't go for a few weeks as I am breaking in my new motor still.

i think they do 300 cars and then cut off... i havent seen a weekend where they didnt get 300.

It's a waste of money through entry fee, gas, rubber, and also a waste of drivetrain stress that could be further utilized on a real track.

If you need excuses/reasons to get out of the house and have man time away from the wifey, that's why you have the north bay meet weekly. If that's not enough say you're off to play mini-golf with i-crub guys, but in reality we'll all be meeting at a bar.
