can my 02 wrx beat a 03 evo???
wrx mods. cobb stage 2, perrin pulley, drop k&n filter, megan up pipe, greddy headers. soon to be tuned by EQ tunning. ohhh my 60ft not bad 1.8-1.9
VS.
03 evo downpipe exhaust up boost "don't know how much" launch control, not bad of a driver.

hmmm, well stock evo already has quite a bit more power than a stock wrx. evo has similar mods as you (aside from the stage 2). but then again with the icreased boost, and if the driver knows how to use that launch control and proper shift points for his evo, i think he might just launch somethin crucial. i'm thinkin the evo might just win, but if ur gonna get tuned, anything can happen. i hope you beat this EVO though. BUGEYE LOVE!

 

just hope u misses a gear and cant launch. A TBE on an evo alone is pretty substantial gain. good luck

 

if he has a TBE and a reflash then prob not =/

 

I would say no if he is tuned and you both have about the same driving skills.

 

well guys i was suprise myself. I WON!!!!! HAHAHAHA. I GOT THE EVO OFF THE LINE BY HALF A CAR FROM O-100MPH HE WAS BEHIND ME THE WHOLE TIME. I WON BY 1.5 TO 2 CAR. WITH MY CAR UNTUNED.

good deal man. great driving. I do have to say alot goes to the driver. I just watched a buddy run a 14.6 in a evo8 intake full exaust. I ran 14.3 in my stock wrx last time I went to the track (not the best but ok) if you ever go to the track please post up your times I would love to see them
