I plan on swapping an IAG stage 2 STi shortblock in place of my 2.5i and using the SOHC heads for boost. Going to use an EL header and a grimmspeed up pipe with a FMIC kit. OEM STi oil lines. still undecided on the turbo.

I have been doing alot of research and am needing help with one thing. The crossmember. A wrx crossmember would work but requires shimming the control arms (would rather not do). And the 1991-1994 turbo legacy should be a direct swap with no modification. Or i could notch my own.

Does anyone know where to find a damn 91-94 turbo legacy xmember?

Is notching the xmember i have already really that hard to do?

Any and all advice regarding anything about the swap is also welcome.
