FS Bay Area: 2007 WRX TR Satin White Pearl

Hey guys!
I am selling my satin white pearl 2007 Subaru WRX TR. This car has been absolutely the best to me and I really hate to let it go, but it is time to move on. I am the first owner, bought the car brand new from Livermore Subaru in December 2006. And since then I’ve had no serious issues with it, just your basic maintenance that you run into over the course of driving on a daily basis. Never raced. Clean title. Car smogged November 2015.
Engine/transmission: 10/10- No serious issues. Engine is consistently maintained. Runs very strong. Transmission recently serviced (Replaced clutch, clutch lever, clutch fork, throwout bearing, flywheel, pressure plate and gear oil).
Suspension: 7/10: Due for an alignment. Coilovers may need new bump stops and corner balancing, slight clunk from time to time. Needs bushing replacement. Other than that, handles smoothly.
Exterior: 7/10- Few rock chips on front bumper. Couple small door dings. Paint and body is overall solid. I clay bar the car at least twice a year. Wax and polish about every 2 months. HID headlights needs replacement; passenger side out.
Interior: 8/10- Driver seat slightly worn. Passenger seat like new. No cracks on the dash. Power windows, interior lighting and stereo/speakers function properly.

Whiteline Lower Rear Trailing arm bushings (brand new)
OEM front and rear sway bars (used)
4x 5mm hubcentric wheels spacers (brand new)
The car is maintained on a regular basis. All services have been performed by Capitol Subaru and Garage One Auto. Oil changes are done about every 6 months by Capitol Subaru. Using Mobil 1 Synthetic w/ oem oil filters.
Within the last 3 years, the power steering pump, timing and drive belt, radiator, radiator hoses, thermostat housing, and fluid has been replaced by Capitol Subaru. Front CV axles replaced by Garage One Auto. Full documentation for all services.
