This car would be a candidate for a project or someone that enjoys fixing up cars. I will buy a new car in the next month and will trade this in if no buyers are interested.

This car has not been modified, it is stock everything. It is rally blue and 5 speed manual. 116k miles. The only upgrade is the subaru sound/security package.

I'm the originally owner, and I've taken it to regular maintenance throughout the years (I have the receipts to almost every oil change and all the major 30/60/90k maintenance items, I've only had them done at subaru dealers). The car has been rock solid until this major problem.

I took the car in to the dealership because the check engine light came on. Ironically, I got the oil changed that day. The engine has a major issue and needs to be taken apart to repair it. Piston #2 does not have any power coming from it. I have the dealer diagnostic report and am willing to share it along with all documentation I have. Technically, the car can be driven in the current state, but it is not advisable. I had the car towed home from the dealer and haven't driven it since.

In addition to the major engine issue, the windshield has a crack, the tires need to be replaced, and the hood scoop has chipped paint.

I'd be glad to answer any/all questions about the car.
