2008 Forester XT Sport 5MT $15K OBO
I'm sort of testing the waters here - I really love this car and I don't want to sell it but I've got to downsize. This post will be incomplete to start, I will fill in the blanks as people point them out.
For your consideration, a 2008 Subaru Forester XT Sport with the 5-speed manual transmission and 155k miles.
This Forester has a stock engine and based on Blackstone oil analyses and compression tests i've done in the past I believe the previous owner did regular maintenance (first 100k miles) just like I do.
It has just been registered through July 2020, and passed smog without issue.
I've spent more than I care to count maintaining this car over the last 5 years, because I never intended to sell it.
With the exception of one rattling heat shield and a power steering leak that developed this spring, everything has been repaired and set up to take this car to 200K and beyond as a badass commuter and occasional canyon car.
OEM turbo and whole exhaust replaced 2yrs ago due to leaky turbo seals.
I've got a ton of receipts and photos going back to the original purchase of the car by the previous owner.
STI Aero undertray side panels
Primitive Oil Pan/Engine skid plate with stinger tail
Primitive rear differential skid plate
50% tint on rear 5 windows (guessing, done by previous owner)

OEM Subaru silver mud flaps
Recaro Sport Topline Driver Seat reclining seat with electric heater and cooling fan (will include original seat as well)
RoadHawkHD Dash cam
AppRadio 2 (SPH-DA100) with iPhone cable routed to the passenger footwell - can mirror Google Maps or Waze onto the screen
Some basic aftermarket speakers installed by previous owner, Under-seat amplifier and OEM trunk-mounted subwoofer
Weathertech floor mats and OEM trunk liner and cargo nets
Trailer lights and brakes wiring
Trailer hitch
STI Pink USDM Forester upgrade springs
KYB Excel-G struts (Forester OEM replacement)

STI aluminum lower control arms with new bushings
STI aluminum lateral links
STI sedan trailing arm mounts

((Have the WRX 4-pot front calipers to match the rear, but no matching rotors))
2011 STI BBS 18 x 8.5 +55
235/45 Michelin Pilot Sport AS 3+ (+2 extra tires - total 6 in rotation)
2009 Legacy key/fob combo
