Xj220

if u had the cash and were shopping for a supercar, would u pass over other cars for the jag? styling and top speed aside, what is handling like in a car this size? everything i have read, viewed, on this car, has always been on its top speed. but for aerodynamic's sake its huge.

also, i love turbos, but not at the sacrifice of a v-12

I'm not too found of that car, although I would love to have one, I would rather buy a RUF CTR2, and have a few 100k left over! LOL

Something about a 4wd machine going 0-60 in 3.6 seconds that all warm and toasty.

Also, its top speed is around 200mph +

RUF cars are soooo schweet. hey, i was on ebay the otherday, doing a random car lookup, and i decided to check up one turbo porsches. man, early 90s turbo cars can be had for mid 30's!! and turbo owners are notorious for care/conditioning, not to mention low mileage. thats so awesome.

ya, aboot 10 yrs ago.

the xj220 was a v6twin turbocharged supercar set at achieving the fastest production car title. it did, needless to say. but when many people learned that the v12 would be switched for the emission compliant v6, a lot of people tried to drop/sell their 70k downpayment. also, considering how the market for supercars was not that great in the early 90s, the xj220 had a limited run in the 250's being produced, with MY 92-93. the thing has a width of over 7ft tho, its gimungous.

edit: when it was produced, it was sold for the price of a ferrari i think, but now, they can be had for close to 800k
